  • How to Reach Me
    Throughout the week it can be a little a hard to answer your calls, text messages, dm's, or emails right away as I'm tending to clieints. I ask that if you call and are unable to reach me, please leave a text message and I will get back to you at my earliest conveniece. During the weekdays I try not to reply to messages after 10pm so I may have to get back to you the following morning or afternoon. Any inquiries sent after 6pm on a Saturday or anytime Sunday will be answered the following Monday. If you are trying to book an appointment you can do so anytime by requesting it online. *ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED. The fee will be deducted from your total cost.
  • Salon Hours
    The Mane Loft is open Tuesday through Saturday. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Any inquiries sent on a Sunday will not be returned until that following Monday. Please be sure that I have your correct email address so I can keep you up to date as to when The Mane Loft will be closed or open due to special conditions such as holidays or when I take vacation.
  • Cancellation Policy & Fees
    There is a 15 minute grace period, and after that, a $5 late fee will be added to your service. If it’s after 20 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service and you may be subject to rescheduling to another day. You have 24 hours to cancel an appointment. For exmaple, If you have 10 a.m. appointment on Wednesday you have to cancel by 10 a.m. Tuesday. Do not cancel 10 o'clock Tuesday because that does not give me enough time to fill that slot and its too late to reach to people who I had to turn away . Same day cancelations will result in a $25 fee that has to be paid before your next appointment.
  • How do I book an appointment online?
    Appointments can be requested online. View the video below to see how to book an appointment online. Please give me atleast 24 hours to respond to your request and or answer your messages.
  • Acceptable Forms Of Payment
    Cash, credit card, and CashApp are the acceptable forms of payment at The Mane Loft.
  • Changes to scheduled appointments
    Due to scheduling limitations caused by COVOID-19, spaces are extremely limited. It is important that we stick to the scheduled service. I may not have enough time to add an additional service beacause it could run into my next scheduled appointment. The same goes if you would like to remove a service. If you decide to make any changes to your appointment, its important that you commmunicate with me at least TWO DAYS in advance from your scheduled appointment. This allows me to adjust the time accordingly and possibly open another space for someone else to book a hair appointment.
  • Salon Etiquette
    When placing or receicing a phone call please keep a respectable tone as a courtesy to other salon patrons. Please be mindfull that if you take a phone call at the shampoo bowl or in the styling chair your hand and or cell phone may get in the way while I'm performing your styling service. NO children are allowed and NO extra people are allowed when you are coming to your designated appointment.
  • New Client Deposit and Consultation Fee
    To be clear both are one in the same and are NON-refundable. If you need to discuss a potential hair service for the future you must pay a deposit of $25 before we confirm a date and time. If an appointment is made during the consultation then that deposit will go towards the cost of your service. If you are a new client and you request an appointment online, you will receive and invoice to pay the $25 deposit. You will have 24 hours to send payment so your request will be accepeted. If your deposit is not received within that 24 hours then the appointment request will be decliened. Depending on the service that you have requested, you may be contacted to come in for a consultaion prior to the appointment to discuss the service.
